Three empty bottles of beer at the curb?
I was intrigued. Without a second thought I waved to the owner of the house.
He came over.
“Why did you put three empty bottles of beer on the curb?"
"I do it for the people who rummage through the garbage looking for bottles or cans they can return to the store for cash.”
“When I put the bottles out on the curb the people don’t have to rummage through garbage. I try to make their life easier!”
