Once a multi-millionaire travelling the world. Now? The unthinkable!

She and her husband had traveled the world over.

They had built up a multi-million dollar dress factory (in the days when a multi-million was like a billion!)

And then when they were in their 70's, her husband died. The factory was sold.

What does she do now? With all that energy, that know-how, that experience?

She did what most other women - and men - who have had money and position in society -

would have considered unthinkable:

She became a saleslady in a dress shop!

It wasn't long before she became the manager.

After I took this picture, she got off the bus and I watched her as she DASHED across the street.

Destination? The metro!

What a contrast to the woman who when she could no longer drive her car chose to stay home rather than take the bus. "Bus? Humph! I wouldn't be caught dead in it. The bus is for my cleaning lady!"
