I once read a newspaper article about 3 kids in a poor town in a poor country.

Someone, i can't remember who, wanted to test out a theory on how kids really learn.

So he stuck a computer into a wall of rocks.

and hid and watched to see what would happen.

In no time at all 3 kids gathered around the computer

and out of curiosity began punching keys.

In a few hours - or was it a few days - the kids had figured out how to work the computer

and then had a ball!

"No teachers, no books, no exams.

Just this marvellous innate curiosity\

and this innate smarts.

And this innate drive to figure out the seeming impossible.

What does this tell us?

If school in concrete buildings doesn't work

School squeezed into a screen doesn't work double.

Will someone come up with an idea how to ignite

the imagination and the curiosity and the drive and the fun of learning of kids..

both inside school in the concrete, and especially now during the pandemic.

school inside the screen?
